• I work with adults navigating identity, relationships, self-doubt, shame, and internal conflict. This includes individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, those questioning their sexuality, and people working through cultural or personal complexity. Many of my clients are drawn to making deeper sense of their internal world, whether they already feel reflective or are just beginning that process.

  • Our work will be collaborative, thoughtful, and active. I won’t just listen passively, and I won’t jump to giving advice. We’ll focus on understanding patterns—emotional, relational, and sometimes physical—and making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Therapy is a space not only to express what you’re going through, but also to develop insight and create meaningful change.

  • My work focuses on helping you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships—especially the parts of you that may feel conflicted or stuck.

I draw from approaches like IFS, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, and EMDR, adapting based on what fits you best rather than applying a single method rigidly.

  • Sessions are flexible but not directionless. I pay attention to both what feels most present and the broader direction of the work, so we can stay grounded while also moving toward meaningful change. At times we may follow what feels most present; at other times I may help guide the focus based on patterns I’m noticing.

  • Yes. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation so we can briefly discuss what you’re looking for and see if it feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to ask questions about my approach, and there’s no obligation to continue.

  • A good fit often comes down to whether you feel comfortable, understood, and able to be honest in the space. The initial consultation is a chance for us to get a sense of that together—you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see how it feels to talk with me. There’s no pressure to continue if it doesn’t feel right.

  • I offer virtual therapy through PSYPACT in 40+ states, and I am also licensed in New York and Massachusetts. In-person sessions are available in Westchester, IL.

  • My out-of-pocket fees are $220 for the intake session and $190 for individual therapy.

I’m also in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna.

  • I’m not a crisis service, and I’m typically not the best fit for situations that require immediate or intensive support.

If you’re in crisis or need urgent care, I strongly encourage you to contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline (such as 988) so you can receive the level of support you deserve.

Let’s talk and see if it’s a good fit.
