Make sense of yourself, your relationships, and where you belong

If you’ve spent your life feeling like you don’t fully belong — in your relationships, your culture, or even in yourself — therapy can help you slow down, understand your inner world, and begin to feel more at home in who you are

If you’ve been holding a lot on your own, you don’t have to keep doing that here.

Therapy can be a place to make sense of what’s been hard to understand — and to feel less alone in it.

You might recognize yourself in some of this:

  • You feel deeply at times, but often keep it to yourself

  • You want closeness in relationships, but also find yourself pulling back or overthinking

  • You’re not sure where you fully belong—within your relationships, your culture, or your identity

  • You question yourself more than others seem to, even when things look “fine” from the outside

  • You carry a sense that something important is missing, but can’t quite name it

You might find yourself caught between different parts of your life — your relationships, your identity, your background — never quite fully at home in any of them.

I’m Lutfi Alkaddour, a licensed clinical psychologist, and I work with adults navigating identity, relationships, self-doubt, and a sense of not quite belonging.

I work especially with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, those questioning their sexuality, and those navigating cultural or personal complexities.

Rather than rushing to give advice, I help you slow down and understand patterns in your emotions, relationships, and body — so meaningful, lasting change can happen.

If you’ve been thinking about reaching out, we can start with a free 20-minute consultation. It’s simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this feels like the right place for you.
